Philosophy

The INCLINE team works remotely across the United States within a flexible work environment.

We are people centered and take a different approach than other companies. Whereas some firms incentivize their employees to maximize billable hours, we do not enable overbilling and consider non-client time valuable to the development of our staff. This is a focal point of INCLINE internal policies and compensation structure. 

​

Treating employees well, being respectful of their time, and encouraging flexible schedules not only results in a happier team but a better work product.
