Before joining Incline, Sarah led teams responsible for individual, small group, and large group commercial pricing at two different insurers over the span of a decade. Before that, Sarah developed capitation rates for Medicaid MCOs as a consultant. At Incline, she leverages her 15 years of experience leading Medicaid capitation rate development activities, contract negotiations for Medicaid-focused startups, review of rate filings on behalf of a state DOI, and development of Medicare pricing recommendations for a hospital association.
