Rachael leads Incline's business development and client growth strategy, drawing on a background in operations management, executive support, and CRM/Salesforce administration. Prior to joining Incline, she spent nearly eight years in escalating operations and executive-support roles, including as Executive Assistant to a CEO and as a company's lead Salesforce Administrator, building the process discipline and cross-functional coordination skills she now brings to Incline's client relationships.
