October 2025 Promotions

We’re thrilled to announce two promotions, effective October 1! Sarah Wolf has been promoted to Principal Actuary, and Laura Baldwin has been promoted to Consulting Actuary.

Since joining Incline, Sarah has played a key role in leading client engagements and mentoring our growing actuarial team. She consistently delivers high-quality work while fostering collaboration and innovation across projects. Her project work has spanned Medicaid capitation rate development, health reform modeling, rate filing review, startup product pricing, and evaluations of Accountable Care Organization (ACOs) and other value-based care initiatives. Sarah’s thoughtful leadership, deep technical expertise, and commitment to our clients and team have been instrumental to Incline’s continued growth and success. This promotion recognizes Sarah’s outstanding contributions, her impact as a leader and mentor, and her dedication to advancing Incline’s mission through exceptional client service and team development. Laura has been an integral part of our team at Incline, contributing meaningfully across key projects, where she’s demonstrated exceptional technical skills, ownership, and attention to detail. Over the past year, she has streamlined data processes, improved quality standards, and shared her expertise to strengthen our broader team and help with projects in retirement, Medicare ACO, and Medicare Advantage spaces. Laura’s leadership potential shines through her ability to take initiative, train others, and continually improve the way we work. In addition to her project accomplishments, Laura achieved two major milestones in her actuarial journey this year by passing Exams SRM and PA. Her promotion recognizes not only her outstanding performance but also her continued growth as a trusted contributor and emerging leader at Incline. Congratulations, Laura!
